In hopes of protecting residents against the COVID-19 virus, the various property management offices of the residential giant have rolled out a series of health and safety initiatives.
Jab Towards Safety
In a project which began in August 2021, the property management offices partnered with various local government units to increase the number of vaccinated individuals by setting up vaccination sites for qualified residents of Sonata Private Residences, Axis Residences, Gateway Garden Ridge, and Robinsons Gateway Residences.
To expand the project’s scope in the near future, RLC Residences aims to collaborate with the respective LGUs of its other properties in Pasig and Quezon City, such as The Pearl Place, East of Galleria, The Sapphire Bloc, Vimana Verde, Acacia Escalades, The Magnolia Residences, Escalades at the 20th, Escalades East Tower, and Galleria Regency.
Now that the national government has given the go-ahead to start vaccinating minors, RLC Residences has also acquired slots from the concerned LGUs for their younger residents’ off-site vaccination.
Sealing Cleanliness
As part of the pursuit to safeguard the health of homeowners and employees, RLC’s property management offices rigorously adhere to the safety protocols implemented by the national government. Just recently, the majority of the properties in Metro Manila received their Safety Seal Certifications from their respective LGUs for complying with the minimum public health standards. Securing the Safety Seal for the Cebu and south-based properties is the next objective.
On top of this, units for turnover at The Trion Towers, Axis Residences, Chimes Greenhills, The Sapphire Bloc, The Magnolia Residences, The Radiance Manila Bay, and soon, in Galleria Residences Cebu, are disinfected and made ready for new tenants as they move into their new homes.
Improving Customer Experience with QUBE 24/7 Smart Lockers
Buying what we need online and booking deliveries for food, groceries, and even medicines have been the new normal for almost two years now. In relation to this trend and to continue efforts to promote a healthy and safe community, QUBE 24/7 Smart Lockers, which feature a fully functional smart locker system, have been installed on the premises of several developments.
Residents of The Pearl Place, The Sapphire Bloc, Trion Towers, Axis Residences, Fifth Avenue Place, and The Magnolia Residences can now feel at ease and minimize their exposure as the smart locker service paves the way for contactless deliveries and 24/7 accessibility to their items. In addition, there is even a “wash & drop” service option for residents’ laundry. Soon, the smart locker service will be available at more RLC Residences properties, including East of Galleria and Axis Residences.
Building Better Communities
RLC Residences’ various properties have also supported significant wellness and sustainability initiatives throughout the year. These include the homeowners and employees of Robinsons Place Residences and Axis Residences volunteering in a blood-letting activity conducted by the Philippine Red Cross, and the company’s partnership with Humble Sustainability for the “Minimize Waste, Maximize Space” circular living program.
To bring added convenience to the lives of condo dwellers, RLC Residences is coordinating with the Department of Foreign Affairs for onsite passport application and renewal at RLC properties via the DFA’s Passport on Wheels program.
Mandaluyong LGU representatives visited senior citizens and bedridden RLC homeowners to administer their first vaccine dose inside their units.
