From Your Screen to Your Door: Robinsons Malls Lets You Shop All in One Go

Robinsons Malls continues to adapt to the evolving needs of customers by providing safe, convenient, and enjoyable amenities and services at its malls. This staunch commitment to customer service also extends beyond the malls’ premises with MallDash, a hyperlocal online shopping service that lets users order a variety of items from participating Robinsons Malls all in one go, and have these picked up or delivered straight to their doorstep.

The on-demand shopping service, currently offered to customers within an 8-kilometer radius from either Robinsons Magnolia, Robinsons Place Las Piñas, Robinsons Place Ilocos, Robinsons Place Antipolo, or Robinsons Place Manila, comes in handy for those who need to shop but don’t have the luxury of time to buy items from multiple stores themselves.

Unlike some delivery services that charge per item or adjust their fees if orders are made from multiple stores, MallDash charges a flat “all-in-1-go” fee of PHP50, inclusive of the shopping service and delivery. Daily essentials, groceries, medicine, meals from different restaurants, clothes, accessories, and more can be ordered from over 400 stores and delivered in just one hour or at the customer’s preferred time. Should the total amount of purchased goods exceed PHP1,500, the all-in-1-go fee is automatically waived.

While MallDash is a godsend to time-strapped customers, it greatly benefits Robinsons Malls’ tenants as well, as it provides them with another online platform to reach a wide consumer audience without putting a financial strain on their day-to-day operations.

For those interested in trying out the service, the entire process is simple. Shoppers should first visit MallDash.ph to input their delivery address and chosen mall. From there, items are selected — these could be from the supermarket, participating stores, and restaurants — and added to an online shopping cart. According to Kevin Dayleg, Robinsons Land General Manager for eCommerce, large appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and even generators, have been successfully ordered and delivered in an hour through MallDash.  

Items may also be found using the search bar or by uploading a photo of a shopping list in MallDash’s “Pabili” section if a customer’s preferred shop or product isn’t listed on the site. To complete the transaction, shoppers simply select the checkout button, then enter their name, contact details, preferred shipping method, schedule, and payment option. A “Dasher” will immediately reach out to the shopper to confirm the order before fulfilling the shopping list. Once the order arrives, payment can be made in cash or GCash.

For added shopping convenience, MallDash shoppers will soon have more online payment options (credit/debit cards and e-wallets) and will be able to use the MallDash mobile app later in 2022.
