RBank Upgrades Its Payroll Suite with Sprout Solutions Partnership

As part of its vision of being the “bank of choice” and its commitment to fulfilling customers’ changing needs, Robinsons Bank has partnered with Sprout Solutions Inc. to enhance its Payroll Suite offering, providing companies with a more efficient HR and payroll solution.
The partnership with Sprout Solutions, a leading technology and Software as a Service (SaaS) company providing HR and payroll platforms for companies across all industries, is expected to further improve RBank’s existing Payroll Suite service, which automates and simplifies the payroll process, from timekeeping management to payroll management to payroll crediting.
According to RBank Chairman Lance Y. Gokongwei, the partnership with Sprout Solutions has let “RBank embrace digitalization even further, allowing the Bank to respond to the evolving challenges of the ‘new normal’ with agility and swiftness.”

With the pandemic forcing people to adapt to the “new normal” where different work setups, including work-from-home, are being implemented, accessing their HR and payroll platforms have become a challenge for many employees and enterprises.
RBank’s move to utilize a cloud-based platform shall address this challenge, allowing companies and their employees to gain access to the platform anytime and anywhere. Additionally, the platform also has a mobile application, making it even more convenient to users.

With the partnership in place, RBank will also start offering Payroll and HR data analytics through Sprout Insight and an HR recruitment module through Sprout Recruit. Sprout Insight will allow companies to have ready access to employee data such as demographics and payroll financial analytics. Sprout Recruit specifically aids hiring managers and recruitment teams by offering them an efficient way to manage job applications. Recruitment Teams can easily track application processes, applicant information, and more.
