Robinsons Bank (RBank), one of the fastest growing commercial banks in the Philippines in terms of capitalization and asset size, recently launched IPONsurance®—an interest-earning savings account that comes with free life insurance coverage.

Aligned with Robinsons Bank’s commitment “to fulfill customers’ changing needs,” the newest savings product makes it easier than ever for Filipinos to get FREE life insurance. IPONsurance® requires a lower average daily balance (ADB) than many other banks with only P20,000 as the required amount to open and maintain the account.

IPONsurance® account holders also have the privilege to have a coverage of up to 4 million pesos. The best part? There are no annual premiums to pay. Coverage begins as soon as you open an account, with no medical checkups or clearances required (subject to Terms and Conditions).

While the product is a variation of a regular passbook account, it may also be enrolled in RBank’s Personal Online Banking, allowing depositors to access their funds online. Account holders may also request for a Visa Debit Card, giving them added convenience.

IPONsurance® offers coverage to individuals of up to 65 years old, unlike many traditional life insurance companies where new policies are offered to clients aged up to 60 only—making this a great alternative for recent retirees who just missed the traditional age requirement cut-off (subject to Terms and Conditions).

Financial security has never been this simple with Robinsons Bank. Open your IPONsurance® account today.
