After a simple sign-in process, all users have to do to find the perfect hotel for their needs is fill up the hotel location search box, select their check-in and check-out dates, enter the number of guests and preferred number of rooms, and click search. A selection of available properties and their applicable rates will then be displayed.
Before finalizing their booking, users can browse through the app to see what each of the listed properties has to offer. As the app currently features 25 hotels around the country from RHR’s various brands – Grand Summit Hotel, Summit Hotels and Resorts, Go Hotels, and Go Hotels Plus – there is sure to be a property that will cater to each traveler’s needs at the desired price point. Depending on the hotel, certain add-ons, such as breakfast, extra beds, and more, can also be selected through the app to enhance a guest’s stay.
Capitalizing on the trend toward digital transactions, users can pay for their stays in advance through the app, although they can also settle their bill the traditional way at the hotel. For added safety and convenience, users may opt for a contactless check-in at select RHR properties. They simply need to use their uniquely generated QR codes at the self-check-in kiosks at the hotel lobby.
