Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ leading carrier, has been named Best Employer Brand at the 2026 LinkedIn Talent Awards, marking its third consecutive win in the category. This year, airline was recognized among organizations with 5,000 to 10,000 employees.
Announced in April 2026, the Philippine edition of the LinkedIn Talent Awards recognizes companies that focus on building strong employer brands and engaging talent through relevant, meaningful content and workforce initiatives.
CEB’s employer brand is shaped by the everyday experiences of its people, from learning and career development to employee-led communities that bring teams together.

“As we mark 30 years of Cebu Pacific, we’re clear on one thing: an employer brand isn’t built through campaigns—it’s built through everyday experiences. When people are proud to work here and proud to tell others why, that’s when you know you’re getting it right,” said Felix Dan Lopez, CEB Chief Human Resources Officer. “At Cebu Pacific, our people don’t just work here—they build communities here. That sense of belonging is something you can’t manufacture, and we choose to nurture it every day.”
One part of this approach is CEB University, the airline’s in-house learning ecosystem. With eight specialized schools, it helps employees build skills, deepen expertise, and pursue defined career pathways across different functions and leadership levels.

CEB also supports 16 Juan CEB Communities, or JCCs, which are employee-led groups built around shared interests and advocacies. These include EmpowHER, which supports the growth and leadership of women through mentorship, collaboration, and leadership opportunities.
The airline is also encouraging Filipino aviation talent overseas to return and build their careers in the Philippines through Juan Flight Closer to Home, an initiative launched in May 2025 to help bring global expertise back to the local aviation industry.
As Cebu Pacific looks ahead, it continues to invest in the people who shape its culture, strengthen its service, and support the airline’s next stage of growth.
