Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ leading carrier, is expanding travel options for Filipino migrant workers and their families with the launch of direct service between Manila and Riyadh, offering more affordable and convenient travel between the Philippines and Saudi Arabia.
Beginning March 1, 2026, Cebu Pacific will operate the Manila–Riyadh route four times weekly, with flights departing Manila on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and return services from Riyadh on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
“Our OFWs in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East make tremendous sacrifices to support their families and contribute to the Philippine economy. Launching our Manila–Riyadh service is one way we honor their hard work, making it easier and more affordable for them to fly home,” said Xander Lao, Cebu Pacific President and Chief Commercial Officer. “We remain committed to providing reliable and accessible connections for Filipinos wherever they may be in the world.”
The airline’s direct Manila–Riyadh service offers the most competitive fares on the route, with passengers saving up to 57% on roundtrip travel compared with other options.
To support the launch, Cebu Pacific offered a seat sale in December 2025, with base fares available for as low as PHP 1 one-way, exclusive of surcharges and other fees. The promotional travel period runs from March 1 to October 28, 2026, giving OFWs and travelers greater flexibility in planning their trips.
Riyadh is the fourth long-haul destination in the airline’s growing international network, joining Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and Sydney and Melbourne in Australia.
The new direct flights to Riyadh also strengthen travel links between the Philippines and Saudi Arabia, supporting both leisure and cultural travel as the Kingdom continues to welcome more international visitors.
Cebu Pacific operates flights to 37 domestic and 27 international destinations spread across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. For more information, visit cebupacificair.com.
