Cebu Pacific’s Enabling Filipino’s dreams to take flight is a Cadet Pilot training program in partnership with Flight Training Adelaide (FTA) aimed to address the airline's expansion requirements over the next five years. With its mission to make everyJuan achieve the dream of becoming a pilot, this program trains homegrown Filipino pilots with best-in-class international standards. The entire program is financed by Cebu Pacific, with the successful cadet-pilots guaranteed employment with Cebu Pacific upon graduation. They will then amortize the payment for their training through salary deductions over a maximum span of 10 years.

Meanwhile, Juan Effect: Inspiring a generation of environmentally responsible Filipino travelers is a sustainable tourism program in partnership with the Philippine Department of Tourism. The program aims to promote environmental responsibility by engaging travelers and local stakeholders to collaborate and cooperate towards mitigating the impact of tourists on the environment.

Through this program, Cebu Pacific also replaced non-recyclable plastic spoons, forks, stirrers, and cups with sustainable alternatives for all its domestic and international flights.
