Clark International Airport (CRK) has been named among the world’s Best Airports at Arrivals at the 2025 Airport Service Quality Customer Experience Awards, organized by Airports Council International World (ACI World).
The recognition places CRK among only six airports worldwide in the category, highlighting the quality of the arrival experience at a key gateway serving Central and Northern Luzon. The ASQ Customer Experience Awards are based on real-time passenger data collected through ACI World’s Departures and Arrivals surveys.
CRK is operated by Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp. (LIPAD), a consortium that includes JG Summit Holdings, Inc., alongside Filinvest Development Corporation, Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions Inc., and Changi Airports Philippines, a subsidiary of Changi Airports International.
JG Summit’s participation in LIPAD reflects its support for nation-building infrastructure that strengthens connectivity beyond Metro Manila, helps make travel smoother and more welcoming, and links Central and Northern Luzon to more opportunities for business, tourism, and growth.

For the 2025 awards, more than 700,000 passenger voices were gathered on-site, in real time, and in multiple languages, according to ACI World.
The Best Airports at Arrivals recognition highlights the importance of the arrival journey, where efficiency, cleanliness, frontline service, and ease of movement help shape first impressions of a destination.
