The awards keep piling up for Robinsons Land Corporation. In recent weeks, the real estate and property development arm of the Gokongwei Group earned top honors from several real estate industry award-giving bodies, including the 10th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, the Outlook 2022 Philippine Real Estate Awards, and the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2022.
RLC’s crowning achievement thus far in the 2022 awards season has been its win as Best Developer at the 10th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, held on October 7, 2022, at the Fairmont Makati. It was the company’s first-ever win in the prestigious all-around category. All in all, RLC took home nine major awards at the ceremony, while earning special recognition for its ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.

RLC was named the Best Developer of the Year as it continued to expand and build across all its business units despite the challenging environment created by the COVID-19 pandemic. These developments range from prime office and residential towers to horizontal housing, malls, and hotels. More recently, RLC has expanded into destination estates and industrial developments. It publicly listed its real estate investment trust, RCR Commercial REIT, as well.

RLC’s major PropertyGuru awards are: Best Lifestyle Development and Best Health and Wellness Development for Forbes Estates Lipa; Best Township Masterplan Design and Best Township Development for Bridgetowne Destination Estate; Best Industrial Park Design (Highly Commended) for Montclair Industrial Park; Best Office Interior Design for Robinsons Offices; Best Co-Working Space for work.able Exxa-Zeta Center; and Best Operational Hospitality Portfolio (Highly Commended) for Robinsons Hotels & Resorts.
RLC’s impressive trophy haul came just a few days after it also scored big at The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards on September 27 at Shangri-La The Fort.
At this event organized by Lamudi Philippines, RLC Residences achieved wins in Best Smart Development (Woodsville Crest in Merville, Parañaque), Best Premium Condo of the Year 2022 in Visayas and Mindanao (AmiSa Private Residences), and Best Pandemic Pivot for its digital initiatives such as the myRLC Homeowners Portal, Buyer’s and Seller’s Portal, and RingRob Concierge, which all promote a safe and convenient condominium lifestyle. Another RLC Residences’ development, Sierra Valley Gardens in Cainta, earned the Highly Commended recognition in the Best Smart Development category.

Earlier in September, RLC Residences was named Best Developer in Metro Manila and the Best Developer in Sustainable Living at the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2022, held at the Peninsula Manila.
In the major design categories, RLC Residences garnered impressive wins, including Best Development/Low Rise Condominium (Woodsville Crest in Merville, Parañaque), Best Condominium Architectural Design (The Sapphire Bloc in Ortigas), and recognition in the Best Sustainable Residential Development category (Sierra Valley Gardens in Cainta). In addition, in the People’s Choice Project of the Year, an award based on online public votes, AmiSa Private Residences, a leisure-inspired condominium located in Mactan, Cebu, was hailed as Best Beachfront Development.
Demonstrating that Robinsons Land can make a splash in the digital space as well, RLC Residences won in the Best Developer Website category at the 2022 International Property Awards (Asia Pacific).
