The Medical City and Robinsons Hotels & Resorts Partner to Provide Healthcare & Hospitality

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many hotels around the world have been made to function far beyond their original intention, that of providing all aspects of hospitality to their guests. The Hotel Care Package 1 is recommended for those who plan to have their Enhanced Chemiluminescence Immunoassay (ECLIA) antibody test done at The Medical City. This high sensitivity and high specificity antibody test is used to identify individuals with an adaptive immune response to SARS-CoV-2, indicating a recent or prior infection. As the test result is released within 24 hours, the patient has the option to wait for the results in comfort at Summit Hotel Magnolia and Go Hotels Ortigas Center, which are approximately 20 minutes and 8 minutes away, respectively, from The Medical City.

Enjoy an overnight stay in a single occupancy room with highspeed Wi-Fi and cable TV for only P4,750 net (JG Summit, Robinsons Land, and Robinsons Hotels & Resorts employees are entitled to a discounted rate of P4,550 per night). It includes the same elements as Package 1, but for a longer stay period. Package 2 is ideal for those who are required to take the RT-PCR test—considered the gold standard for confirming the presence of SARS-CoV-2—where the results are released after two days.

The Travel Care Package, on the other hand, is designed for OFWs, seafarers and balikbayans, who are required to undergo the RT-PCR swab test and wait for their test results and clearance before they are allowed to return home.

For P12,300 net per person (single occupancy), services include private car pickup service from airport to hotel or hotel to airport; a two-night stay in a single room, full board (packed meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner), high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV.
