JG Summit Holdings, Inc. issued a clarification with the PSE yesterday, 27 October 2020, correcting the prior erroneous disclosure (dated 23 October 2020), which stated that Carlos G. Santos, Alan D. Surposa, and Emmanuel de Pano are no longer officers of the conglomerate.
Mr. Santos, Mr. Surposa, and Mr. de Pano remain valued officers of JG Summit, holding the following positions:
Alan D. Surposa, Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer
Carlos G. Santos, Vice President for Corporate Services and Chief Information Officer
Emmanuel de Pano, Vice President for Corporate Internal Audit
