JG Summit Holdings, Inc. and five publicly listed companies operating under its umbrella were recognized at the 2026 Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) Golden Arrow Awards, with all six matching or improving on their results from the previous year.
Parent conglomerate JG Summit received three Golden Arrows for the second consecutive year. It first achieved the distinction in 2025, improving on its two-arrow recognition in 2024.
Cebu Air, Inc. (CEB), operator of Cebu Pacific, delivered the Group's biggest improvement, earning four Golden Arrows for the first time, up from three in 2025. Universal Robina Corporation (URC) also maintained its strong showing, retaining its three-arrow distinction for the second straight year.
The conglomerate's property businesses likewise continued their winning streak. RL Commercial REIT, Inc. (RCR) maintained its two-arrow status, while Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) and Altus Property Ventures, Inc. (APVI) each received one Golden Arrow, matching their respective results from last year.

The awards ceremony, held on October 23, 2026, at Makati Shangri-La, recognized Philippine publicly listed companies for their performance under the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS).
An initiative of the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum, the ACGS promotes internationally recognized standards of corporate governance among publicly listed companies in Southeast Asia. The assessment examines key areas such as shareholder rights, stakeholder relations, sustainability and resilience, transparency and disclosure, and board responsibilities. It also provides investors with a basis for evaluating companies' governance practices.
Director for Compliance Atty. Mhealler Ycong represented JG Summit at the ceremony and accepted the conglomerate’s three Golden Arrows.
“For JG Summit, good governance goes beyond compliance. It is a continuing commitment to our stakeholders to act with integrity, transparency, and accountability, while staying true to the values that guide our organization,” said Ycong.
