Highlighting its strong commitment toward fulfilling this goal, RLC Residences’ roster of developments in Metro Manila, Rizal, and Cebu earned multiple accolades from various award-giving bodies here and abroad in 2023.
Crème de la Crème
Launched early in 2023, the premium condominiums Le Pont Residences in RLC’s Bridgetowne Destination Estate and Mantawi Residences in Mandaue City, Cebu, were lauded at both the Philippine and Southeast Asian editions of the Dot Property Awards, receiving the Best Luxury Condominium Development and Best High-End Lifestyle Condominium trophies, respectively.
Le Pont Residences was also named the Dot Property Awards’ Project of the Year for the Philippines and Southeast Asia, a category solely determined by votes from home-seekers. Not to be outdone, Mantawi Residences was chosen as the Best Premium Condo of the Year (Visayas and Mindanao) at Lamudi Philippines’ The Outlook 2023: Philippine Real Estate Awards. The same award-giving body named The Residences at The Westin Manila, a luxury high-rise condominium in Ortigas, as the Best Wellness-Focused Development of the Year, in recognition of its amenities that seek to attain Westin’s Six Pillars of Well-Being: Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well, Work Well, and Play Well.
Among the newly completed residential property’s other major recognitions include being named the Best Luxury Condo Development (Metro Manila) at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards and receiving the Gold Award in the High-Rise Buildings category at the FIABCI Philippines Property & Real Estate Awards. Organized by the Philippine chapter of the Fédération Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien-Conselis Immobiliers or International Real Estate Federation, the awards program also chose The Sapphire Bloc in Ortigas as the Silver Awardee in the High-Rise Buildings category.
In another part of Metro Manila, Woodsville Crest, the developer’s nature-inspired, future-ready condominium in Parañaque City, was named Best Smart Home Development both in Luzon and across Asia by PropertyGuru. The project was also named the Best Apartment/Condominium Development (Philippines) at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
Sierra Valley Gardens, a mid-rise smart home-ready condominium within a destination estate in Cainta, Rizal, and SYNC, a four-tower high-rise property in Pasig City, were awarded Best Smart Urban Community and Best Smart Home Condominium by Dot Property Philippines, respectively. These two properties were also highly successful at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, where Sierra Valley Gardens was named Best Condo Development (Luzon), while SYNC received the Highly Commended - Best Integrated Work-From-Home Development citation.

Best in Class
With its vast portfolio of lifestyle-centered developments in key areas in the country, RLC Residences was named Best Lifestyle Developer in the Philippines by PropertyGuru Philippines and at the Asia Property Awards. Sitting nicely with those two trophies is the one from the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2023, which hailed the company as the Best Lifestyle Developer in the region.
In the Philippine edition of the Dot Property Awards, meanwhile, the company was cited as the Best Developer in Metro Manila and Cebu. Further showcasing RLC Residences’ excellence in various locales around the country, Lamudi Philippines’ The Outlook 2023: Philippine Real Estate Awards named the company as the Silver Awardee in the Best Developer in Visayas and Mindanao category. Further recognition was provided by the UAE-based financial publication International Business Magazine, which named RLC Residences as the Real Estate Developer of the Year and Best Property Development Company in the Philippines.
RLC Residences’ staunch efforts toward greater sustainability have likewise been praised: Carousell Property Awards named RLC Residences as Best Sustainable Developer of the Year, while the European Society for Quality Research awarded the Quality Achievements citation to the brand.
For its innovative solutions in the digital age, the company garnered the Digital Innovator of the Year and a Special Recognition Award for Innovation from The Outlook and Dot Property Awards, respectively.
Without a doubt, RLC Residences’ success helped its mother company, Robinsons Land, earn the title of Developer of the Year at both the FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Awards and the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, in addition to the Best Developer-Visayas citation, also garnered from PropertyGuru Philippines. Fittingly, Frederick D. Go, who was then the president and CEO of Robinsons Land, was named as an Achiever’s Circle Awardee of FIABCI Philippines in recognition of his remarkable contributions to the country’s real estate industry.
Award-Winning Initiatives
2023 was a very busy yet productive year for RLC Residences, as the brand developed various creative ways to introduce its different projects to customers. Aside from producing remarkable results, these innovative marketing efforts garnered praise for their impressive planning and execution.
At the awarding ceremony of Marketing Excellence Philippines 2023, four campaigns of RLC Residences were in the spotlight. The campaign for Le Pont Residences’ launch garnered the Gold Award in Excellence in Launch Marketing category, while Mantawi Residences’ events, launches, and influencer-led initiatives won the Silver trophy for Excellence in Influencer/KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Marketing and the Bronze in Excellence in Event Marketing. As for SYNC's Live Amazing, Live in SYNC campaign, it earned the Silver in the awards’ Excellence in Integrated Marketing category.
With the impressive string of results generated by the brand, RLC Residences was hailed as the Rising Star (Business Outperformance category) at the 2023 Pride in Performance Awards, the internal recognition program of the Gokongwei Group.
