RLC Residences Tops Brand Awareness and Purchase Intent in Kantar Study

Homebuyers favor its modern, thoughtfully designed developments and customer service

RLC Residences, the residential division of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), recently topped Kantar’s rankings for both Top-of-Mind Awareness and Purchase Intent, highlighting its strong position in the Philippine residential condominium market.


Kantar, a global data, insights, and consulting company, defines Top-of-Mind Awareness as how quickly a brand comes to mind when consumers think of a product or service category, while Purchase Intent measures how likely they are to choose that brand in the near future. RLC Residences outperformed key competitors, particularly in the mid-tier condominium segment, showcasing strong conversion rates and brand affinity.

The study surveyed 1,035 property seekers from socio-economic class ABC1 households across NCR+ (NCR, Cavite, Rizal, Pampanga) and Cebu (Metro Cebu, Mandaue, Punta Engaño, and Busay). The majority of respondents—men and women aged 25 to 60 who are key decision-makers for purchasing residential condominiums, actively searching for a property, and planning to buy within the next two to three years—identified RLC Residences as the most recognized and preferred developer. Among those who interacted with brokers, RLC Residences was strongly linked to attributes such as strong recommendations from friends and family, value for money, knowledgeable and approachable agents, flexible payment terms, reliable property value appreciation, multiple payment channels, digital condo services, and a customer-focused approach that quickly addresses client concerns.
