The web-based virtual platform also includes a vicinity map of each development, showing the nearby landmarks and places of convenience easily accessible from the subdivision. Interested homebuyers can also visit a house model unit virtually. The 360-degree virtual tour of a Robinsons Homes house design, the Chicago—a two-story, three-bedroom home—is similar to what one would expect from physically visiting a fully furnished model unit. It features clear, realistic visuals through its floor-plan layout, 3D dollhouse view, and photo thumbnails. Buyers can also read more about its specifications and inclusions.
