Robinsons Logistix and Industrials, Inc. (RLX), the logistics and industrial facilities arm of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), has signed a partnership agreement with American Freight Forwarders, Inc. (AFFI), to support the cargo services company’s operations in Mexico, Pampanga.
The agreement was recently formalized by Cora Ang Ley, Robinsons Land Senior Vice-President and Business Unit General Manager of RLX, and Jonathan B. Violeta, President and General Manager of AFFI.
Over the past few years, RLX has steadily grown into an important part of Robinsons Land’s broader portfolio. Beyond malls, offices, residences, hotels, and mixed-use developments, the company develops Grade A warehouse and industrial facilities for businesses that need well-located space to store, move, and distribute goods more efficiently.

The partnership will be supported by the existing RLX Mexico facility in Barangay Lagundi, Pampanga. RLX’s presence in the province also includes locations in San Fernando and the sprawling Montclair Destination Estate in Porac.
AFFI, meanwhile, has extensive experience in freight and cargo services. Founded in 1986, the company has built its business around cargo forwarding and related logistics services, giving it a long-standing presence in the industry.
That experience complements RLX’s industrial footprint in Central Luzon. Together, the two companies are well positioned to support businesses operating in key logistics and industrial areas. With warehouse complexes in locations such as Muntinlupa, Calamba, Cainta, Taytay, and Pampanga, RLX serves companies seeking well-located facilities with access to major distribution hubs.
As demand for logistics and industrial space rises, partnerships like this show how RLX helps businesses grow through facilities designed for efficiency, connectivity, and scale.
