Robinsons Land, AIHC Break Ground on New Clark Logistics Facility

Warehouse JV project will rise on a 149,315-sqm site in the Clark Freeport Zone

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) and Asian Infrastructure and Holdings Corporation (AIHC) have broken ground on a new logistics facility for FedEx in Clark under their joint venture, RL Clark Logistix, Inc. (RCLX).

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on May 19, 2026, at Clark International Airport. The project site, located within the Clark Freeport Zone, spans 149,315 square meters and is expected to deliver close to 75,000 square meters of gross floor area. It is being developed in coordination with the Clark Development Corporation and Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp. (LIPAD), operator of Clark International Airport, with completion targeted for the first quarter of 2028.

For Robinsons Land, the project adds scale to its logistics and industrial expansion through Robinsons Logistix and Industrials, Inc. (RLX), its logistics and industrial facilities arm. The Clark development strengthens RLX’s presence in a location shaped by cargo movement, airport access, and regional distribution links.

This upcoming facility also reflects Robinsons Land’s push to diversify income streams through investment properties. Through RLX, the company is widening its industrial footprint with assets that can contribute to recurring income over time.

“This partnership with FedEx reflects Robinsons Land’s commitment to developing well-located, future-ready logistics facilities that support the growth requirements of world-class companies,” said Cora Ang Ley, Senior Vice-President of Robinsons Land and General Manager of RLX. “Through RCLX, we are building in Clark with a long-term view of operational efficiency, network expansion, and the growing role of the Philippines in regional trade and logistics.”

Once completed, the facility will give Robinsons Land a large-format, built-to-suit logistics development in Clark, further deepening its presence in one of the country’s most active industrial and transport corridors.
