Robinsons Land Named Among the Top 10 Developers in the Philippines

RLC has made it to the BCI list 8 times in the last 9 years

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), the real estate arm of JG Summit Holdings, solidified its reputation as one of the country’s leading property firms at the recent BCI Asia Awards 2019. For eight of the last nine years, RLC has ranked among the country’s Top 10 Developers, according to the BCI Media Group, the organization behind the annual awards. RLC Vice President for Construction & Design Manny Arce and RLC Assistant Vice President Atty. John Evangelista represented the company during the awards ceremony on June 14 at the Grand Hyatt Manila in Taguig.

The BCI Top Ten Awards recognizes leaders in property development, architectural and construction industries. Now on its 15th year, the Top 10 list includes “enterprises that have made the greatest contribution to the built environment in the prior year.”

Since 2013, the award has included sustainability among its primary criteria. This year’s winners were selected based on the aggregate value of their projects weighted by the extent of their sustainability. Besides the Philippines, the awards are also presented in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

RLC, which celebrates its 30th anniversary as a PSE-listed company later this year, is involved in the development and operation of shopping malls and hotels, mixed-use properties, office buildings, residential condominiums and housing developments, including socialized housing projects in key cities and other urban areas nationwide.
