Robinsons Land Opens Largest Flexible Workspace in Western Visayas

RLC brings flexible workspaces to Iloilo with its largest hub in Western Visayas.

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), the real estate arm of JG Summit Holdings, has opened work.able Iloilo, the largest flexible workspace in Western Visayas.

Located on the 10th floor of Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3 in Pavia, the new center offers more than 420 workstations and brings RLC’s flexible workspace business outside Metro Manila for the first time. It was designed for companies, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and other professionals looking for ready-to-use workspaces in Iloilo.

The opening comes as the city gains ground as a regional business destination. A first-quarter 2026 market report by global commercial real estate services firm CBRE identified Iloilo as one of the country’s top-performing provincial office subdistricts, strengthening its position as an alternative to Metro Manila and Cebu.

“Iloilo presents a compelling opportunity for companies that want to grow beyond Metro Manila while staying close to talent, infrastructure and regional markets,” said Jericho Go, Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager of Robinsons Offices, which serves as the landlord of work.able Iloilo.

“With work.able now in Cybergate Iloilo 3, there is a ready platform for organizations to establish a flexible presence in Western Visayas and scale with greater confidence,” he added.

Situated beside Robinsons Pavia along Diversion Road, the center is around 15 minutes from Iloilo International Airport and is accessible through bus and jeepney routes serving Iloilo and nearby areas. Its location also places members close to retail, dining, and other everyday services.

work.able Iloilo accommodates different work arrangements through plug-and-play coworking seats, 25 private offices, boardrooms, meeting rooms, focus pods, phone booths, and hot desk spaces. Members also have access to high-speed WiFi and complimentary coffee.

A common pantry and town hall provide space for company gatherings, training sessions, and business events. The town hall can accommodate up to 90 people in a dining setup and as many as 185 guests in a training or town hall configuration.

The center also includes a dedicated clinic with a treatment bed and a private lactation room for breastfeeding mothers.

Inspired by the energy and artistry of the Dinagyang Festival, the interiors feature layered patterns, bold accents, warm wood tones, earthy palettes, and locally sourced materials.

“work.able Iloilo was designed to make work feel easier, more flexible, and more connected,” said Elton John Peralta, Senior Director and Head of work.able. “Whether someone needs a quiet desk, a meeting room, a private office, or a place to build ideas, the space gives users the freedom to choose how they want to work.”

Coworking spaces are available from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., while private offices can be accessed around the clock. With its range of flexible workspaces and support facilities, work.able Iloilo gives businesses and professionals a new option for establishing or expanding their presence in Western Visayas.
