Under the agreement, foreign retirees holding a Special Resident Retiree's Visa (SRRV) issued by the PRA can enjoy exclusive benefits and privileges at various Robinsons Hotels and Resorts properties. These include special discounted rates and access to affordable services at accommodation establishments including Grand Summit Hotel General Santos, Summit Hotels and Resorts (Greenhills, Magnolia, Naga, Tagaytay, Cebu, and Tacloban), and Go Hotels PLUS and Go Hotels (Mandaluyong, Otis-Manila, Ortigas Center, Puerto Princesa, Naga, Tuguegarao, Bacolod, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Tacloban, Butuan, Iligan, and Lanang-Davao).

Discounted long stay rates for a minimum of 30 days up to 365 days are also offered.

With 29 establishments currently under its wing, Robinsons Hotels and Resorts is on track to becoming the Philippines' biggest and best hotel group with the widest variety of formats and brands, and the most diverse geographical reach. Each RHR property is designed to elevate and redefine the accommodations, dining, celebrations, and leisure experience of its guests.

The Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA), meanwhile, is a government agency under the Department of Tourism established to attract foreign nationals and former Filipino citizens to retire, invest, and reside in the country. Its Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV) program offers various incentives and privileges to retirees, including multiple-entry and indefinite stay rights, exemption from customs duties for household goods, and access to various assistance services.

Through the MOA, the Philippine Retirement Authority and Robinsons Land have strengthened their mutual commitment to promote the Philippines as a premier retirement destination. By offering PRA retiree-members exclusive benefits and privileges, the partnership aims to elevate the country's retirement living standards, giving foreign retirees more reasons to Love to Live in the Philippines.
