Robinsons Malls Connects Filipinos to Job Opportunities Here and Abroad

Through its malls, Robinsons Land brings work and essential services closer to more Filipinos

As part of its long-term commitment to inclusive growth, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) regularly transforms its malls into platforms for employment by hosting job fairs across the country.

In close collaboration with government agencies including the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), Public Employment Service Offices (PESO), Employers’ Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), and the Civil Service Commission (CSC), Robinsons Malls is helping thousands of Filipinos connect with life-changing career opportunities both locally and abroad.

“Through our extensive mall network and strategic partnerships, Robinsons Malls has become a vital link between job seekers and employers across the country,” said Joel Lumanlan, Robinsons Malls Vice President for Operations and Marketing. “Beyond connecting Filipinos to local employment, we're proud to open doors to global opportunities through landmark international job fairs. By working with foreign embassies and labor agencies, we help bring overseas employers directly to our malls, empowering Filipinos with meaningful choices and a path to a better future.”

Among last year’s standout initiatives was the first-ever India–Philippines Job Fair, held at Robinsons Metro East in partnership with the Indian Embassy, the City Government of Pasig, and various Indian business councils. The event offered more than 2,500 job openings and 1,000 free upskilling slots to Filipino job seekers.

International recruitment was also supported through job fairs at Robinsons Galleria that marked the Philippines–Austria and Philippines–Czech Republic Friendship Weeks. These events brought together over 20 foreign employers and recruitment agencies offering more than 1,800 jobs across healthcare, construction, logistics, food processing, and hospitality. In addition, government-led orientation sessions were held to promote ethical recruitment and inform attendees about overseas employment realities and the legal safeguards in place for migrant workers.

In March, Robinsons Galleria hosted the Philippines–Hungary Friendship Week Job Fair, which presented nearly 3,000 overseas job opportunities in sectors such as manufacturing, hospitality, and construction.

Domestically, Robinsons Malls continues to strengthen employment access through nationwide job fairs, including those recently held on Labor Day and Independence Day. These events are part of the broader Lingkod Pinoy Center initiative, which brings essential public services, livelihood support, and job opportunities closer to Filipinos through conveniently located mall venues.

By opening its doors to both local and international recruitment efforts, Robinsons Malls reinforces its role in national development by empowering communities and helping Filipinos build more secure and prosperous futures.
