Robinsons Malls Opens 5 New DFA Temporary Off-Site Passport Services Sites

Travelers from Central Luzon, Negros & Panay now have an alternative place to get their passports renewed

As more countries around the world ease restrictions and start opening up for international tourism, Filipinos are also gearing up for their long-awaited travels and reunions, while Overseas Filipino Workers prepare for their journeys back to work too. And though getting an appointment for passport renewals can often be difficult, Robinsons Malls ensures that government services are made accessible and convenient to the public.

The launch of DFA TOPS at Robinsons Place Bacolod was led by DFA Gender and Development Focal Point Officer Rex Albania and Mall Operations Manager Mary Jo San Marte.

With the solid and longstanding partnership between Robinsons Malls and the Department of Foreign Affairs, five new Temporary Off-site Passport Services or TOPS sites are now open in strategic locations in Central Luzon, Negros, and Panay, addressing the high demand of daily slots needed to address the passport-issuance backlog.

The new TOPS sites are located in Robinsons Place Malolos, Robinsons Angeles, Robinsons Starmills in San Fernando, Pampanga, Robinsons Place Bacolod, and Robinsons Place Iloilo. Each site aims to accept 500 slots per day.

There are now 10 DFA TOPS sites in Robinsons Malls, including those inaugurated in 2021 at Robinsons Magnolia, Robinsons Novaliches, Robinsons Galleria South, Robinsons Place Lipa and Robinsons Place Las Piñas.

To schedule a slot, applicants must first set an appointment through the DFA Online Appointment System at www.passport.gov.ph. Only those with fully accomplished printed appointments shall be accepted at the passport processing site.
