The certification was achieved after an extensive two-week employee survey that meticulously evaluated various facets of the work environment, including leadership, HR practices, and personal growth opportunities. Complementing this achievement, URC Philippines was among the honorees at the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards.
Organized each year by Business Media International (BMI), one of Asia’s leading business-to business media and event companies, the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards honors organizations that have been identified by their employees as one of the region’s employers of choice, placing the spotlight on companies with the best HR practices, high levels of employee engagement, and excellent workplace cultures.
