The awarding ceremony took place at the IDC Technology Symposium & Awards held last November 19-20, 2025 at the Hilton Singapore Orchard, Singapore.
The annual awards event is organized by the International Data Corporation (IDC), a global market intelligence, data, and events provider operating in more than 110 countries. The IDC Future Enterprise Awards is currently on its 9th year of recognizing digital trailblazers in Asia/Pacific, working with more than 4000 organizations across the region. In 2023, URC was recognized Best in Future of Intelligence for its entry entitled, “Revolutionizing Data-Driven Decision Making with the URC Command Center.”
URC’s win is an affirmation of its Generative AI Transformation Initiative, a comprehensive program led by the company’s Analytics Center of Excellence. Through this initiative, URC has built a strong foundation for AI adoption, embedding data-driven intelligence into the heart of its operations. The program reflects URC’s strategic ambition to enhance efficiency, empower decision-making, and elevate innovation by integrating AI tools that directly enable employees to work smarter and faster.
At the center of this transformation are two groundbreaking solutions: the Employee Virtual Assistant (EVA), and the Discovery Virtual Assistant (DiVA). EVA has reimagined employee support by automating HR inquiries and internal transactions, achieving a 90 percent query resolution rate and transforming the employee experience across the organization. DiVA, on the other hand, has accelerated the company’s product innovation process by generating insights and creative concepts in record time, shortening product ideation cycles that once took months to just one week per market. Both innovations are part of URC's efforts to future-proof its interest at every level of operations. Earlier this year, the company partnered with DHL and DHL Summit Solutions, Inc.
