work.able by RLC Launches Two New Flexible Workspaces in Key Business District

Find them in the heart of Makati’s CBD.

Standing tall along the corner of Ayala Avenue and Paseo de Roxas, Robinsons Summit Center (RSC) has been a fixture of the Makati skyline for over two decades. As a leading flexible workplace provider, work.able primes the gleaming tower to be future-ready with the launch of two new workspaces on its 20th and 29th floors. These spaces embrace the shift towards dynamic new attitudes when it comes to versatility and flexibility in workspace experience, invigorating Makati’s central business district with the energy of entrepreneurship, startups, tech companies, and thriving freelancers.

Since 2018, work.able by RLC has been building dynamic workspaces in prime business districts across Metro Manila, from Ortigas Center, Makati, and in Bridgetowne Destination Estate. To date, the company has grown to over 2,500 seats across 14 centers, and it shows no sign of slowing down. Its two latest developments, work.able RSC 3 and RSC 4, were constructed in response to strong, positive feedback from work.able’s many happy tenants.

Both work.able RSC 3 and RSC 4 were designed with a culturally rooted and human-centered mindset, honoring local culture, places, and people in every space—inspired by Filipinos, inspiring Filipinos.

The interiors of work.able RSC 3 and RSC 4 bring Filipino warmth to the workplace.

Capturing the vibe of the Philippine tropics, work.able RSC 3’s design is a celebration of the country’s natural beauty. Its interiors feature vibrant florals, warm textures, and the lightness of summer, creating a space that’s energizing. work.able RSC 3 offers 160 seats and 7 private offices, all of which have already been pre-leased prior to launch.work.able RSC 4 draws its soul from the storied streets of old Manila, taking inspiration from Escolta, Intramuros, and the city's timeless character. At the heart of its rotunda will stand a sculpture of Mr. John Gokongwei, Jr. on his iconic bike, honoring his enduring legacy and entrepreneurial spirit. work.able RSC 4 is home to 190 seats and 11 private offices.

work.able RSC 3 and RSC 4 offer the facilities and amenities work.able is known and loved for—hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, meeting rooms, huddle areas, event spaces, high-speed internet, free coffee, mail and package handling, and more.

At the July 31, 2025 launch of these two spaces, RL Commercial REIT Inc. (RCR) President and CEO Jericho P. Go said, “This milestone reflects work.able's strong market position and its ability to adapt to the evolving needs of modern professionals and businesses.”

It’s not all work at work.able RSC 3 and RSC 4. There are places for rest and relaxation too, including corners where colleagues can play foosball and napping rooms for when one needs some quiet time. Balance and well-being are important to work.able, thus the thoughtful design that allows users to work, play, and recharge in the same place.

All smiles at the launch of work.able's new flexible workspaces at Robinsons Summit Center.
