If you’ve been making plans for a long-overdue vacation or a quick getaway in the city, where you’ll stay is just as important as your destination and travel itinerary. With that in mind, Robinsons Hotels and Resorts has unveiled new service offerings in 2023 to make guests’ stays as enjoyable, convenient, and flexible as possible, whether it’s in Go Hotels, Summit Hotels, or the Grand Summit Hotel.
Travelers who want to make the most of their time in a destination will appreciate GO24/7, which does away with the standard accommodation check-in and check-out times. This new service lets guests choose their own check-in time, allowing for flexible arrivals to maximize their itinerary and the day rate paid for the room. Reservations just have to be made at least 72 hours prior to one’s stay and Robinsons Hotels and Resorts will ensure that the room is ready upon your arrival.
Launched on March 2, 2023, GO24/7 is now available in eight Go Hotels properties, namely Dumaguete, Iloilo, Lanang-Davao, Mandaluyong, Manila Airport Road, Otis-Manila, Puerto Princesa, and Tacloban, while 20 more Robinsons Hotels and Resorts properties are in the service pipeline. The offer is available through e-mail bookings, direct calls, and the Go Hotels booking engine.
For travelers who enjoy scoring bang-for-the-buck deals, GO365 is here. With GO365, guests can book their stay in advance — from at least 15 days prior to your chosen dates to a maximum of 365 days — and secure the rate from the day of booking. “This way, guests can avail themselves of 10% savings on the best available rate without having to worry about not being able to book rooms and take advantage of discounts or special offers at the time of booking,” says Joy de Mesa, Robinsons Hotels and Resorts Group Director of Sales and Marketing.
GO365 is now available across Go Hotels, Go Hotels Plus, Summit Hotels, and Grand Summit Hotel General Santos.
Completing the new set of services is GO ONLINE. Slated to launch later this month, GO ONLINE is a private chat function that RHR is integrating into its digital platform. It is intended to directly answer queries from travelers about hotel packages, promotions, and other concerns.
“All in all, these new services will make booking your stays easier, alongside the convenience of booking that the RHR app already provides,” said de Mesa.
Robinsons Hotels and Resorts is the hospitality arm of Robinsons Land Corporation. Under the international deluxe category are the IHG-managed Crowne Plaza Galleria and Holiday Inn Galleria, Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu, and The Westin Manila, which is opening soon. RHR’s homegrown brands include Summit Hotels and Resorts, Go Hotels, and the latest addition to the roster, Fili Hotel, located at the NUSTAR Resort & Casino, Cebu’s first integrated resort development.
