JGS Executive Leadership Council
JG Summit has corporate center units (CCUs) that equip the group to reach its goals by offering strategic guidance and functional leadership to its strategic business units (SBUs). The CCUs also aid in maximizing the group's ecosystem, delivering business results, and ensuring the conglomerate’s sustainability.
The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) meets monthly to discuss key strategic initiatives, share best practices and knowledge across the group, and review business performance. It is composed of the CCU heads and SBU CEOs.

Effective February 1, 2025, Mr. Lance Y. Gokongwei has stepped down as President and CEO of Robinsons Land Corporation (“RLC”). The board of RLC has likewise appointed Ms. Maria Socorro Isabelle V. Aragon-GoBio as RLC’s President and CEO.

Effective January 1, 2025, Ms. Lisa Gokongwei-Cheng has stepped down as Chief Digital Officer of JG Summit Holdings, Inc. (“JGS”). Likewise, Ms. Ma. Cristina Bellafor P. Alvarez, Chief Information Officer of JGS, has been appointed as Chief Digital Officer of JGS. Ms. Alvarez will concurrently serve as Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer of JGS.
