JG Summit Holdings, Inc. Earns Three Golden Arrows at ICD’s 2025 Golden Arrow Awards

The recognition places the conglomerate among the country's top-performing publicly listed companies.

JG Summit Holdings, Inc. continues to demonstrate its unwavering dedication to integrity, transparency, and long-term value creation, earning three Golden Arrows at the prestigious 2025 ICD Golden Arrow Awards. The recognition, based on the rigorous standards of the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS), underscores the company’s consistent excellence in governance and its leadership in fostering sustainable business practices across the region. The awards ceremony was hosted by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) last October 23, 2025, at Okada Manila.

The ICD is a national association of corporate directors and stakeholders that empowers, engages, and educates its partners on matters of corporate governance. In recognizing JG Summit with three Golden Arrows, the ICD affirmed the conglomerate's excellence in facilitating the rights and equitable treatment of shareholders, sustainability and resilience, stakeholder relations, transparency and accountability, and strategic guidance.

JG Summit Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer Atty. Laurinda “Winwin” R. Rogero, who accepted the award on behalf of JG Summit, said the accolade reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening governance across every facet of the organization.

“Achieving three Golden Arrows is a testament to strong board leadership, prudent risk management, and unwavering commitment to transparency for the benefit of our shareholders, partners, and communities,” said Rogero.

Several other publicly-listed strategic business units of JG Summit also received Golden Arrows. Cebu Air, Inc. (CEB) and Universal Robina Corporation (URC) each received three Golden Arrows, while RL Commercial REIT, Inc. (RCR) earned two. Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) and Altus Property Ventures, Inc. (APVI) each received one Golden Arrow.

Earlier this year, JG Summit was included in TIME Magazine's World's Best Companies list, and rose to the Top 50 in Fortune's Southeast Asia 500.
