Raise, Live, Connect: RLC Residences Celebrates a Highly Successful 2022

The brand ended the year with a strong showing at the Marketing Excellence Awards PH

RLC Residences rang in the New Year with solid momentum on its side, evidenced by steady growth and a record-breaking trophy haul in 2022.

The most recent feathers in RLC Residences’ already remarkable cap came in early December at the Marketing Excellence Awards 2022 Philippines, where it won seven awards in various categories.

Now on its second year in the country, the Marketing Excellence Awards recognize outstanding marketing initiatives across all industries. Judged by an independent panel of industry leaders and senior marketers in the country, MEA Philippines is the premier platform for marketers to showcase creative excellence, successful strategies, and effective delivery. Apart from the Philippines’ version, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Thailand each host their own Marketing Excellence Awards.


RLC Residences won two Gold trophies in the Excellence in Launch/Relaunch Marketing and the Excellence in Marketing Transformation categories for its Raise, Live, Connect campaign. Launched in 2021, this campaign formally introduced Robinsons Land’s singular residential brand to the public.

Three Bronze trophies were also part of RLC Residences’ impressive trophy haul. The first was in the Out-of-Home Advertising category for its static and LED billboard initiatives featuring brand ambassador Heart Evangelista. The next one came from the aforementioned Raise, Live, Connect campaign in the Excellence in Brand Awareness category, while the Living My Best Life and #MyBestLifeAtRLCResidences digital videos earned RLC Residences’ third Bronze overall in the Excellence in TV/Video Advertising category.

Apart from the campaign-related acknowledgments, the people behind the inspiring campaigns were also given their due. RLC Residences Marketing Head and Chief Integration Officer Karen Cesario bagged a Silver trophy for Marketing Leader of the Year, while the brand’s Marketing team received the same citation as the Marketing Team of the Year. With all these awards, the brand became a serious contender for Marketer of the Year against more well-established brands, especially those coming from the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.

Over the past year, the residential arm of real estate company Robinsons Land received a total of 22 commendations from local and international award-giving bodies, including the Dot Property Awards, Asia Pacific Property Awards, The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards, Global Brands Magazine Awards, and Marketing Excellence Awards Philippines.
