Robinsons Land Corporation continues to make waves in the country’s real estate industry as its four-tower residential project, The Magnolia Residences, was recently chosen as the Best Residential High-Rise Development for the Philippines at the Asia Pacific Property Awards recently held in Bangkok, Thailand.
Robinsons Land's Business Development Officer Luigi Crespo and Senior Project Manager Anabel Valencia receive the Asia Pacific Property Awards trophy for Best High-Rise Residential Development in the Philippines.
As JG Summit’s real estate arm completes work on the development’s fourth tower, their most recent award complements another honor received by the company a few years ago. In 2013, the five-hectare The Magnolia Town Center in Quezon City was chosen as the Best Mixed-Use Development in the Philippines by the same award-giving body. The complex is composed of the Robinsons Magnolia mall, The Magnolia Residences, Summit Hotel Magnolia, and Robinsons Cybergate Magnolia.
“The Asia Pacific Property Award recognition is a testament to RLC’s unwavering commitment to continuously craft high-quality developments that truly add value to Filipino lives,” said Henry L. Yap, SVP and Business-Unit General Manager of Robinsons Land’s Residential Division.
