2025 Sustainability Report

Our Sustainability Journey
In 2025, JGSHI continued strengthening its commitment to embedding sustainability across the organization by deepening its integration into culture and everyday operations. Central to this journey is our recognition of the important role employees play in shaping the company’s environmental and social actions. By involving our people in defining what sustainability means for the organization, we strengthen a shared culture of responsibility and ensure that our future goals and actions reflect the values and expectations of those who drive our business forward.
JGSHI empowers employees by expanding avenues for participation, initiative, and ownership of sustainability efforts. Leadership reinforces this integration by modeling ethical, inclusive, and future‑oriented decision‑making and by championing initiatives that make sustainability an essential part of how JGSHI operates as a Group.
As we move forward, JGSHI transitions its approach from a strategic enabler to a governing principle that shapes and informs strategic direction, risk oversight, and capital allocation. As part of the Group’s governance foundation, sustainability ensures that environmental and social considerations are consistently embedded into decision‑making and long‑term planning.
